1. Innovations in “crowded” technology markets

                        

    It’s hard to imagine that Firefox, Gmail, Facebook, Twitter, iPhone, Android and Chrome did not exist just 7 years ago, and the last 3 have barely been around the last 2 to 3 years. What do they all have in common? With the exception of twitter, they were all released at a time when their respective markets were seemingly “crowded” or there was a clear market leader that could not possibly have its market shares eroded.
